Dear Sarbjit,
It is quite apt that you have brought up the issue of the singing of the national anthem by these haraamis. Such disrespect deserves to be tackled with the full force of the law. I had spoken to the Commissioners involved. This appears to be a regular practice with this group, some of whom are expelled Shiv Sainiks and now working with Dawood.
The instigator of this is a small time extortion agent for "D company" who runs a Mumbai based trust from Public Governance. This haraami specializes in singing national anthem before Minsters and Commissioners because he wants to demonstrate his "power" to make them stand up in front of him.
Anyway the status of the matter is that Rao is a charge sheeted offender who is out on bail for offences against the State Information Commissioner. If he persists with his attempt to commit suicide, his bail can(and shall be) cancelled, and in which case preservation of his life becomes the duty of the State - and they know very well how to deal with such satyagrahis including sticking rubber hose pipes up his anus. I hope his well wishers advise him to stop his foolishness immediately.
In my next post I shall list out with details the forces Krishnaraj Rao is a puppet of, and why this gang wants to muzzle RTI in Maharashtra.

"RTI activist Vora added that he has been in constant touch with Rao.
"I have been speaking to him and he now says that if the government, which is a representative of the people, does not hear him then there is no use living," said Vora."
So either Rao will bend or the Govt. will.
It may be recalled that it was Rao, Vora and a few others desecrated
and disrespected the Indian National Anthem a few years back for which they were arrested on charges preferred by the SCIC Maharashtra, when they sang the National Anthem in SCIC chambers.
