Ah catch 22 - only a member of the google group can access the "original charter" so as far as i am concerned its gobbledegook.

Further more why should the charter of another list be applicable on this list

Maybe its time for a new RTI list - Right to Infighting

For the second time but in this case for very specious administering i am ubsubscribing from this list.

For those who want to unsubscribe without letting the whole list know there is an un subscribe option at the bottom right of every list mail
