It clears the air regarding former CIC. He is from Barabanki and was
alloted J&K cadre in IAS. In service, certain competitors are always
there to pull your legs. Wajahat Sir had his competitor in CIC itself
who were spreading misinformation regarding him. Best wishes for
retired life and good luck to new CIC.
