Above link still throws the old work distribution in CIC showing
Wajahat Habibullah as Chief Information Commission. Has Tiwari not
distributed the work among remainh ICs and himself or the new webpage
not been uploaded? Would we be deprived of the details of work
distribution in CIC also like certain decisions of particular ICs.
