[rti_india] How to get 2nd appeal attended within 90 days

 

dear members ,

lets discus ways and means as to how we can ask CIC or government or court of law to get our second appeals attended within 90 days .

 

present day situation of 6 months to 12 months period for second appeals will surely kill our dearest RTI moment.

 

how to make it within 90 days ?????
