[rti_india] Re: Habibullah bungles again in a High Court matter

 

Dear Venkatesh,

Sorry for the slight delay in your message getting through to the group, but Yahoo has tagged you as a "spammer" (possibly because of your posting history) and it had to be approved by me.

I quite agree that messages in violation of Yahoo ToS and also our Group "rules" are reprehensible. In these circumstances I usually "name" the member to defend his action or apologise or resign etc.
As in this case you have already named him, we shall expect an
appropriate response.

FYI, Mr Habibullah is a member of this group. Unfortunately due to
his heavy workload he doesn't get as much time nowadays to reply
here as he used to - this has perhaps emboldened his detractors.
Your intervention is an added caution that even the undefended (and
their parents) have champions here.
